Responsibilities

  • Assist the operational HR team with administration and delivery of key HR initiatives (talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, employee engagement).
  • Provide administrative support for employee‑relation cases under guidance of the HR team.
  • Support onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews with leavers, analyse feedback and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance staff retention.
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, liaising with HR and project‑management teams.
