Role Summary

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play an essential role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional and welcoming. You will be primarily based at Oaks Park High School while providing support to our Greenwich Care Homes as needed. This permanent position offers a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks including Legionella testing
  • Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building fabric systems
  • Perform minor installation works, refurbishment and system adjustments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities
  • Participate in a 1‑in‑3 week on‑call rota to provide essential emergency support

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition)
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service with attention to detail
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • Comfortable with digital systems for maintenance management
