Responsibilities
- Managing operational resources, including people and physical assets, to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Leading and motivating site teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implementing health and safety policies and ensuring full compliance with all regulations and best practices.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges proactively to deliver excellent results.
Qualifications
- Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- Proven experience in a site management role with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Working towards or holding professional membership with a relevant professional body.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding client satisfaction.
