Hours: Full-time – 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

  • Managing operational resources, including people and physical assets, to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Leading and motivating site teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implementing health and safety policies and ensuring full compliance with all regulations and best practices.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges proactively to deliver excellent results.

Qualifications

  • Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
  • Proven experience in a site management role with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Working towards or holding professional membership with a relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding client satisfaction.
