Responsibilities
- Advise on the financial feasibility of projects at early stages.
- Assess returns from sub‑contractors and award work packages.
- Monitor and measure actual expenditure against budgeted expenditure via CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation Reports).
- Manage team workloads and performance.
- Check and collate commercial information from the team.
Qualifications
- Experience working on large 2‑stage bids.
- Prior experience within a Tier 1 main contracting environment.
- Confidence in dealing with client reps, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and mentor more junior staff.
- Private‑sector experience preferred.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
