As our Waiter / Waitress you’ll ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers have the highest quality of service and experience. Thanks to you, owners and the guests who come to enjoy the exceptional food and surroundings at our restaurant and bistro will get a warm welcome and a smooth, seamless service.
Responsibilities:- Take reservations, seat guests, advise on the menu, serve afternoon tea, promote the village and luxury spa.
- Share a joke with regulars, deliver exceptional service.
- Service guest suites, answer owners’ enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, help set up for special events.
- Maintain cleanliness everywhere.
- Previous experience in hospitality and handling cash (preferably).
- Taking pride in everything you do is an essential quality for this role.
- A 'can do' attitude and an organised approach that ensures things get done.
- Excellent communication skills.
