Responsibilities:

  • Working within the Construction Delivery and Pre Construction Teams to offer planning expertise at tender and delivery stages of projects that can range from £10M - £100M in value.
  • Retaining an overall monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs.
  • Producing tender programmes.
  • Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues.
  • Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage.
  • Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating.
  • Advising and providing planning expertise across projects.

Who we are looking for / Qualifications:

  • Have construction planning experience gained within the contractor environment.
  • Solid history of working on build tenders and projects between £20M - £80M in value.
  • Experienced user of Asta and Microsoft Project software.
  • Planning experience within the main contracting sector.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning.
