- Manage the customers portfolio and ensure compliance with the contractual agreements.
- Manage the tenders process, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with parameters set by the company.
- Responsible for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support cash collection for Credit accounts, where late payments are not being resolved satisfactorily by customer service / execution teams.
- Prospect actively for new private label and co-manufacturing clients in UK and other designated areas and develop new markets in line with company strategy.
- Build-up and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
- Provide vision on market strategies of his own customers (sustainability, market evolution,…)
- Align Beyers strategies with clients’ strategic aims (maintain a clear and comprehensive understanding of the customer KPIs and organisational strategies).
- Develop – in coordination with the Commercial Director of Beyers Koffie NV – the commercial strategic plan for its customers that leads to increased annual sales and profit.
- Organise yearly market review with the customer or any time upon customer demand based on Nielsen data.
- Manage all activities related to the development and implementation of category sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
- Close cooperation with internal partners to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Close cooperation with the other Sales Managers to ensure coherence.
- Responsible for the application of the quality and safety policy within the Department and for the application of all instructions on HACCP, quality and safety.
- Hands-on, result-oriented person with outstanding sales track record and excellent analytical capabilities.
- Previous experience (min 5 years) as a Private label Sales Manager or key.
