Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate preconstruction activities from tender issue through to handover.
- Collaborate with commercial, estimating, planning, and design teams to meet project milestones.
- Engage with clients and consultants to build strong relationships and ensure project confidence.
- Identify and mitigate risks during the preconstruction phase.
- Support bid writing and strategy development.
Qualifications
- Previous preconstruction experience on projects up to £20m and have led multidisciplinary teams.
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or professional membership).
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a Full Driving Licence.
