Responsibilities

  • Advise on the financial feasibility of projects at early stages.
  • Assess returns from sub‑contractors and award work packages.
  • Monitor and measure actual expenditure against budgeted expenditure via CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation Reports).
  • Manage team workloads and performance.
  • Check and collate commercial information from the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on large 2‑stage bids.
  • Prior experience within a Tier 1 main contracting environment.
  • Confidence in dealing with client reps, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and mentor more junior staff.
  • Private‑sector experience preferred.
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
