We are looking for an Information Coordinator to join our information management team in Hebburn, Tyne and Wear. The role requires 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility and occasional site visits. We do not offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage project Common Data Environments (CDEs) following ISO 19650 standards and Kier procedures
- Provide training and ongoing support for CDE users, nurturing relationships with stakeholders
- Validate and curate project documentation, ensuring proper classification and distribution
- Create insightful reports on workflows and digital activities to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and foster best practices
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems such as Asite or Viewpoint
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Enjoyment of supporting others and sharing knowledge in a friendly and approachable manner
