As our Chef De Partie you’ll deliver food that keeps our customers coming back for more. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to produce consistently outstanding food during service, assist with stock ordering and rotation, ensure absolute cleanliness and compliance with HACCP rules and Audley Company Procedures, and help the management team develop new dishes and menus.
