We’re looking for a Multi‑Skilled Plumber to join our Essex team based in Essex. Hours: 40 hours per week. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. This role offers an opportunity to use your plumbing expertise while developing your multi‑skilled capabilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on plumbing systems and building fabric.
  • Install new plant and equipment, diagnose and repair faults on systems.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, job packs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work safely in accordance with work instructions, safe working practices and method statements.
  • Maintain plant rooms, workshops and storage areas to a high standard of cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in mechanical maintenance with plumbing expertise, plus fabric and basic electrical maintenance skills.
  • Extensive experience in both planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferable).
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
