We're looking for an Electrician to join our street lighting and electrical team based in our Ower depot, Hampshire.
Location: Ower, Hampshire, SO51 6GL – site based
Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – Days/Nights
Salary: £42,357 + benefits

Overview
Join Kier Transportation in delivering the movement of people, goods, and equipment. This role focuses on street lighting and electrical work for the Area 3 M&R contract.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine preventative and reactive maintenance on streetlighting assets on the Area 3 M&R contract.
- Carry out maintenance and construction works in accordance with the contract.
- Assist with the implementation of the duties of the Principal Contractor under CDM.
- Assist with the completion of the maintenance programme, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of work.
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with the relevant Quality Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Inspection and Test Plans.
- Carry out repairs to electrical equipment and its supplies under the guidance of an Electrician.
What we're looking for
- Experience in the maintenance of Streetlighting operations.
- ECS Card.
- Full Driving Licence.
