We are looking for a Project Manager to join our defence JV and deliver high‑value construction projects at Coulport Naval Base, Faslane/Coulport.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large construction works within Coulport Naval base, working with a high‑security environment.
- Oversee successful delivery of high‑value, technically complex construction projects, ensuring operational and commercial goals are met.
- Achieve project completion on time, on budget, in a safe and quality‑focused manner by guiding site teams to execute strategy.
- Implement and ensure compliance with Kier's SHE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and procedures.
- Act as mentor, line manager, and escalation point for site teams, sharing knowledge to develop others.
- Serve as client point of contact, promoting a strong working culture with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Membership or accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g. CIOB, ICE).
- Experience using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
- Possession of relevant site accreditations such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
- Full driving licence.
- Ability to undergo SC clearance checks.
