We’re an exciting, fast-growing Design & Build fit out main contractor specialising in high-end commercial office interiors. With a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, we’re looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager to play a key role in both work winning and project delivery.

The Role

This is a pivotal position within the business, leading M&E strategy from tender stage through to handover. You’ll work closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure technically robust, commercially sound, and buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical lead for M&E during tenders and bids
  • Supporting work winning, value engineering and bid interviews
  • Managing M&E design development on live projects
  • Coordinating consultants and specialist subcontractors
  • Resolving technical issues and supporting site teams
  • Overseeing commissioning and handover processes

About You

  • 5+ Years experience as a Technical Services Manager
  • Mechanical bias with solid electrical awareness
  • Background in D&B commercial office fit out (CAT A / CAT B)
  • Proven experience in tendering & work winning
  • Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
