We’re an exciting, fast-growing Design & Build fit out main contractor specialising in high-end commercial office interiors. With a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, we’re looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager to play a key role in both work winning and project delivery.
The Role
This is a pivotal position within the business, leading M&E strategy from tender stage through to handover. You’ll work closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure technically robust, commercially sound, and buildable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical lead for M&E during tenders and bids
- Supporting work winning, value engineering and bid interviews
- Managing M&E design development on live projects
- Coordinating consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Resolving technical issues and supporting site teams
- Overseeing commissioning and handover processes
About You
- 5+ Years experience as a Technical Services Manager
- Mechanical bias with solid electrical awareness
- Background in D&B commercial office fit out (CAT A / CAT B)
- Proven experience in tendering & work winning
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
