The Role
Working alongside experienced Construction and Project Managers, you'll support the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Projects range from £1m to £20m and include:
- Commercial office fit-outs
- Retail fit-outs
- Hospitality projects
- Public sector refurbishment schemes
You'll gain exposure to every stage of project delivery while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a Construction Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of construction projects.
- Support programme management, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
- Attend site meetings and client meetings.
- Monitor project progress, quality and health & safety compliance.
- Coordinate site teams and supply chain partners.
- Assist with cost control, reporting and project administration.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Support the successful delivery of projects to programme, budget and quality expectations.
About You
We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, ambition and the right attitude as much as experience. You'll ideally have:
- Experience within construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Exposure to commercial, retail, hospitality or public sector projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
