Based in the heart of the City, this Tier 1 main contractor has built a strong reputation delivering high-end CAT A & CAT B office fit out projects for blue-chip clients. Project values typically range from £1M up to £50M, and the business currently turns over around £250M a year – with no signs of slowing down. They’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in estimating and a genuine desire to progress. There’s a clear path here – whether that’s stepping into a Senior Estimator role or growing into a leadership position over time. It’s a great fit for someone who’s not just after a job, but a long-term career move. You’ll be pricing projects, liaising with supply chain, reviewing drawings and tender documents, and helping to shape winning submissions.
