You will play a key role in delivering high-quality fit out projects across:
- Commercial Workplace
Project values range from £1m to £25m, delivering technically challenging and design-led schemes for prestigious clients across London and the South East. As Technical Services Manager, you will lead and manage all MEP and technical aspects of projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover, ensuring quality, compliance, program, and commercial objectives are achieved.
You will work closely with project delivery teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful project outcomes while helping shape the technical capability of a business in growth mode.
