A growing and well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end commercial office fit out and residential cut & carve projects is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its London commercial team. Based from their Fitzrovia headquarters, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial delivery of prestigious projects across London, with values up to £10 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Cost reporting, valuations, variations, and cash flow forecasting
- Liaising closely with clients, consultants, and project delivery teams
- Supporting the Commercial Director in the successful delivery of multiple schemes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Main Contractor environment
- Strong background delivering commercial office fit out and/or cut & carve refurbishments
- Experience managing projects up to £10M in value
- Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
- Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
Package:
- Salary circa £85,000
