What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing commercial activities across multiple fit-out and refurb projects
- Cost planning, procurement, valuations, subcontract management & reporting
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure projects meet financial targets
- Supporting tender submissions and helping secure new work
- Building strong client relationships across prestigious frameworks
