The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in turning concept designs into fully resolved, buildable solutions — working closely with our internal design, pre-construction, and project delivery teams. From technical drawings and construction packages to site coordination and client presentations, you’ll bring design intent to life in every detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical drawings, construction details, and tender documentation for commercial fit-out projects.
  • Work closely with the design and project delivery teams to ensure concepts translate seamlessly to site.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination challenges.
  • Maintain accuracy, creativity, and brand consistency across all project outputs.
  • Stay on top of design standards, materials, and innovations in the workplace and interiors sector.

About You

  • Background in architecture, interior architecture, or technical design (fit-out experience essential).
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite Construction detailing and buildability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach.
