We are a well-respected and established Design & Build (D&B) fit-out contractor based in London, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality and client-focused projects. Our Small Works division handles a wide variety of exciting, fast-paced projects, where no two days are the same.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and client-facing Assistant Project Manager to join the growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who is looking to grow their career in project management within a leading D&B fit-out contractor.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership teams to support the successful delivery of small to medium-sized fit-out projects, from inception to completion. You will be exposed to a range of tasks, from managing client relationships to overseeing project schedules and budgets. The role offers ample opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of small works projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Assist with procurement and site management, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits, taking an active role in decision-making and project delivery.
  • Assist with managing project risks, issues, and changes, and help find effective solutions.
