In this role, you'll help some of the UK's most important Consumer Packaged Goods clients turn complex growth challenges into clear, connected action.
As Senior Director, Client Growth & Innovation, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships.
You'll work with senior leaders across marketing, innovation, brand, category and insights to shape growth agendas, identify opportunities and connect clients with the best of Kantar.
This is a visible commercial role for someone who enjoys senior client conversations, understands how innovation can unlock growth, and can bring people together around work that creates measurable impact.
- What you'll be doing
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer Packaged Goods client relationships, building account plans that increase Kantar's impact and share of client investment.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders, including Chief Marketing Officers, Innovation Directors, Brand Leaders, Category Directors and insights teams.
- Lead strategic conversations on growth, portfolio expansion, innovation and brand strategy.
- Connect innovation opportunities with Kantar's wider brand, creative, media and commercial capabilities to create integrated client solutions.
- Bring together specialists across Kantar's practices, solutions and geographies so clients experience us as one connected growth partner.
- The ideal skills and experience
- Experience in innovation, commercial leadership and client growth roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods sector, with experience helping clients solve growth, innovation, portfolio or product development challenges.
- A strong track record of growing complex, high-value client relationships and building commercial opportunities.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, including marketing, innovation, category and insights leaders.
- Clear storytelling, facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to connect different business disciplines into a compelling growth narrative.
