As a Product Manager for the MyKantar Platform, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, global team spanning customers, business development, sales, marketing, fellow product managers, engineering, and other cross-functional partners. Your mission: to help shape and deliver the next generation of Kantar’s research solutions and integrations.

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong foundation in product management, sharp analytical thinking, leadership presence, technical fluency, and a proactive, can-do attitude!

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and contribute to the product strategy and vision for the Marketplace platform.
  • Own and execute the product roadmap, lead stakeholder prioritization, and manage the product backlog.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to ensure our solutions are innovative, relevant, and commercially viable.
  • Lead customer discovery interviews and usability testing—both externally and internally—to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Partner with global teams across research, design, sales, marketing, operations, and legal throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Write clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with TPOs and engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Define product metrics, monitor KPIs, and use data insights to inform decisions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching successful B2B technology products.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels, across cultures and time zones.
  • Skilled in customer engagement and discovery practices.
  • Commercially savvy with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear epics and user stories.
  • A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and user experience.
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience defining OKRs/KPIs and leveraging analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and digital marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with managing APIs and integrations is a strong plus.
