We move beyond standalone insights to deliver connected, decision‑ready intelligence that helps brands act with confidence in a more complex world. At Kantar, smart, curious people work together on challenges that genuinely matter.

Why this job is important

This role sits at the heart of commercial execution across EMEA. You will turn strategy into action by bringing clarity, structure and pace to how we operate across markets. You will help us focus on the right opportunities, improve how we retain and grow clients, and ensure our Commercial Excellence agenda — The Kantar Way — translates into measurable impact. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on using data to drive decisions, influence stakeholders and deliver real commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive consistent tracking of EMEA commercial priorities, translating insight into clear actions for markets and leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks and performance gaps across products, markets and clients.
  • Strengthen retention and win‑back performance by analysing at‑risk and lapsed client activity and driving market action.
  • Improve opportunity identification, activation and conversion across the region using data‑led approaches.
  • Analyse marketing‑to‑sales conversion and recommend actions that increase commercial impact.
  • Establish clear performance tracking, reporting cadence and accountability across CP (Client Partner) and BD (Business Development) teams.
  • Bring together CRM, BI and client feedback data (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power BI, ENGAGE) to drive prioritisation and performance action.
  • Support adoption and effective use of commercial AI tools, embedding them into core sales workflows and scaling best practice.

The Ideal Skills And Experience

  • Experience in sales operations, commercial performance or a data‑driven role, or strong ability to learn quickly and apply analytical judgement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Experience using CRM and BI tools (e.g. Dynamics 365 and Power BI), desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑regionally with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Highly organised, delivery‑focused and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions‑oriented, able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment.

What’s In It For You

  • Opportunity to work at the centre of EMEA commercial decision‑making and strategy execution.
  • High visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders across markets.
  • Ability to shape how we use data, tools and AI to drive commercial performance.
  • Collaborative, international environment with opportunities to influence across regions.
  • Continuous learning through complex, high‑impact business challenges.
