As a Data Analyst in our Panels Performance & Business Intelligence team, you’ll strengthen the analytical foundations that underpin our panel solutions. Working closely with colleagues across data science, engineering, technology and our Global Delivery Centres, you’ll help ensure our models are robust, scalable and genuinely useful for clients and internal teams alike. This role is ideal if you enjoy combining analytical thinking with practical delivery – taking models from idea to production, spotting opportunities for improvement, and explaining complex findings in a way that others can act on.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining and improving analytical models used in day-to-day panel operations
- Analysing model outputs to identify performance issues and opportunities to enhance results
- Working with global delivery and technology teams to support production-ready data models and BI solutions
- Running statistical and exploratory analyses to uncover actionable insights
- Communicating analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
The ideal skills & experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity for data
- Experience using SQL and at least one analytical language such as Python or R
- A solid understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience working with data transformation or ETL tools (DBT is a plus)
- Confidence explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working with distributed, cross-functional teams
