This role focuses on delivering high-impact strategic work, helping clients build stronger brands and make confident decisions on where to play and how to win. Working closely with senior leaders in the business, you will bring structure to complex challenges, develop robust, insight-led analysis, and translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their strategy career who is ready to take ownership and rapidly build experience across a diverse range of strategic problems.
Job Goals- Support the development of our multi-year growth strategy for Brand using market, client and competitive insight.
- Deliver structured analysis across a range of strategic projects, translating complex insights and data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support with commercial initiatives such as pricing and packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring together different expertise and perspectives.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams.
- Support the development of Board-level materials, distilling complex strategic thinking into clear, compelling narratives.
- 3-5 years’ experience from a top-tier strategy consulting or similar analytical environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, including confidence with Excel and modelling.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work independently.
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly across a variety of topics.
