About The Project/Role
We are looking to hire an experienced leader to drive forward our business transformation!
The Role Will

  • Have high visibility to the CEO and Executives
  • Drive forward key transformative programmes and initiatives
  • Broaden to further areas of responsibility as we drive forward change in the business

Responsibilities

  • CEO and Board Level Communications: Preparing Board level material related to the transformation
  • Initiative prioritisation, solution detailing: Working with management to define, in detail, how we will fundamentally change the way we work
  • Leading implementation of key workstream(s): Ensure that roll-out is successful. Hold delivery responsibility for a set of our major initiatives
  • Continuing innovation, improvement, org design topics: Work with external suppliers, for example in AI, and maintain awareness of key opportunity areas and challenges across the business to identify the ‘next big changes’ we make
  • Governance and delivery: Lead in set-up / re-set of key cross organisational forums to re-think the way we work and drive collaboration

Who We Are Looking For

  • A top tier consulting background, currently at Senior Consultant / Manager / Engagement Manager level
  • Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing Executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading diverse, cross-functional, client teams, ability to adapt style appropriately to drive high quality insights from busy stakeholders
  • Experience in designing and implementing a scale transformation programme (i.e. a key workstream lead) for 6+ months – i.e. to implementation
  • Team management experience, including experience training diverse backgrounds to generate clear, actionable insights backed in data
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytic capabilities
