Role Description
At Kantar Media, our Service and Installation Executives play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our panellists. By guiding panellists through the installation process, providing premier customer support, and maintaining metering equipment, this role ensures our panel delivers high-quality data for our business needs. You will work closely with Operations and other functions, focusing on creating a flawless, client-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Support:
- Remotely guide panel members through the installation and maintenance of metering equipment and software in their homes.
- Conduct interactive tests, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot technical faults.
- Customer Service Perfection:
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for panel members.
- Educate and encourage proper care and usage of metering equipment.
- Compliance and Data Management:
- Make follow-up calls to address compliance issues or resolve technical problems.
- Accurately log home activity and update central databases with detailed information about installed equipment.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with colleagues to maintain stock levels of metering equipment.
- Work with Continuous Improvement (CI) agents to identify and address service enhancements.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Quality Assurance and Deadlines:
- Conduct validation checks to ensure data integrity for processing.
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project timelines.
