- Raise the standard of forecasting, pipeline management, negotiation skill and commercial storytelling.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement, embracing AI technologies to support smarter ways of working.
- Ensure Operational & Commercial Rigour
- Maintain excellence in forecasting accuracy, contract quality, reporting and account governance.
- Be accountable to TGI/Kantar Media ExCo, owning your financial reporting targets and commercial strategies.
- Collaborate closely with leaders across Client Services, Insight, Finance, Product and Operations to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

- Experienced in owning revenue targets within a subscription, data or insight led business.
- Confident in high stakes negotiation and influencing senior decisionmakers.
- A Relationship Strategist
- Strong at building trust with senior client stakeholders.
- Adept at identifying client needs and translating insight into commercial opportunity.
- A Team Builder & Coach
- Passionate about developing people into high performing commercial professionals.
