The role will be responsible for acquiring new users to Kantar’s market research panels, which are essential for providing insights and feedback to our clients. You will have the opportunity to optimise the performance of different paid channels and drive growth in the EMEA region, which is a key market for our business. The Digital Marketing Performance Executive will oversee a variety of paid acquisition channels including affiliate marketing, paid search and paid social to drive new users into our market research panels across several markets in EMEA.
Responsibilities- Regional Strategy & Leadership
- Act as a regional champion for acquisition marketing across EMEA, developing and executing strategies tailored to each market.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and local sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and growth targets.
- Partner with the Global Panel team to define recruitment plans and evaluate media vendor performance.
- Campaign Management & Performance
- Advise on tracking and attribution frameworks, including hands-on experience with Tune (HasOffers) to ensure accurate partner tracking, conversion validation, and performance reporting.
- Consult on the implementation of advanced tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), including server-side tagging (sGTM) and server-to-server (S2S) integrations to improve data accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, validate data flows, and continuously improve attribution accuracy across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Analyze campaign performance and attribution data to identify optimization opportunities, improve ROI, and inform budget allocation decisions across markets and channels.
- Oversee all paid marketing activities including paid search, paid social, affiliate networks, co-registration, SEO, and refer-a-friend programs.
- Monitor campaign performance using site analytics, focusing on cost efficiency, quality of leads, and long-term user engagement.
- Continuously optimize digital channels and test new ones to improve conversion and response rates.
- Partnerships & Affiliates
- Manage and grow affiliate programs and direct partnerships.
- Identify, test, and scale new partnerships to ensure a high-performing media mix.
- Negotiate contracts and lead supplier selection processes.
- Budget & Forecasting
- Own and manage the acquisition marketing budget, including forecasting volumes and tracking performance against targets.
- Work with internal design teams to brief and review landing pages, banners, emails, and other creative assets.
- Identify and implement website and landing page optimizations to boost acquisition.
- Champion a culture of innovation, always seeking smarter, more efficient ways to drive performance and scale impact.
- Professional Experience & Expertise
- Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and marketing principles.
- Skilled in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Hands-on experience with HasOffers (preferred but not required) and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical capabilities, ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting platforms is essential to effectively communicate performance trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest and interpret large data sets to inform campaign and channel performance.
- Commercially driven and results-oriented, with a creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experienced in forecasting volumes, tracking performance against targets, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.
- Adept at working in geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration across regions.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and environments, and continuously improve.
