Role Overview
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to be directly responsible for the relationships and commercial progress of some of the UK's biggest Dairy Brands as part of the industry-renowned Dairy. You will be joining an exciting and commercially successful team that are proud to have grown the last 6 consecutive years, posting some of the highest client satisfaction and team engagement scores in the business. The role offers the opportunity to shape true insight relationships and covers a variety of client sophistication, ranging from the analytically thorough to more basic subscriptions. As such, it will provide you with significant opportunity to exceed your personal revenue targets by showcasing the benefits of more advanced Worldpanel services to less sophisticated clients.
Role Description (What you will be doing)
- Work with your Consumer Insight Director & Strategic Insight Director to draw up and oversee a strategy to drive the long-term success of our relationships.
- Deliver valuable insights to the client base and look to grow their use of our different analytical capabilities, working closely with the experts around the business.
- Lead client contract renewal discussions with support from the Strategic Insight Director.
- Play a role in the coaching and development of others.
- Collaborate with the highly successful Dairy New Business team to win new clients and ensure the quality of delivery makes them want to invest in future projects.
