What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead brand lift studies from start to finish on Reddit's platform.
  • Run kick-off calls, design surveys, analyse data, and present insights to internal and external teams.
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on research objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams to meet timelines and maintain quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively address challenges.

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year in advertising research or measurement, with knowledge of experimentation and basic statistical methods.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in digital ad research, ad tech, or media.
  • Strong communication skills – confident presenting data and telling stories that inspire action.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
