Role Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR Operations support, including onboarding, contract management, employee data changes, leavers, and other lifecycle activities.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and audit requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing responsive and professional HR support.
- Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, and Centres of Excellence to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Support regional and global HR projects, including process improvements, system rollouts, and policy implementation.
- Monitor and track service delivery metrics, highlighting risks or trends and proposing solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge base development, process documentation, and training for HR Ops colleagues.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Service Delivery.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and lifecycle activities.
- Proficient in HR systems (Workday / Service Now / Jira).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with UK employment legislation and compliance requirements.
