As our Finance ERP Lead, you will shape and deliver the strategy for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will ensure our platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long‑term business needs. This is a high‑impact role where you will work at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Transformation, helping to simplify complexity and drive better decision‑making across a global organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and lead the architecture and design of Kantar’s Finance ERP landscape, with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations.
- Deliver large‑scale ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring quality, scalability and business alignment.
- Partner closely with Finance, Technology and Transformation teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Oversee integrations, data flows and system design, ensuring best practice and consistency.
- Manage external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring strong performance and value for investment.
- Drive continuous improvement across system performance, stability and operational processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across ERP platforms, supporting long‑term roadmap development.
The ideal skills and experience:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Experience working with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial.
- Proven track record delivering ERP transformation programmes in complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data structures and cloud‑based architecture (ideally Microsoft Azure).
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
