As an Insight Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies for some of the world’s most recognised brands. You’ll build strong partnerships, immerse yourself in your clients’ worlds, and deliver guidance that drives both short-term wins and long‑term success. This is a dynamic, evolving role where you’ll lead teams, influence client decisions, and contribute to innovative initiatives that set the standard for brand growth. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strategic partnerships with clients, helping them shape brand strategies and achieve growth.
  • Lead teams on large-scale brand health tracking, equity and positioning projects, and communications development.
  • Use advanced techniques such as neuroscience, social media analytics and digital measurement to deliver cutting-edge insights.
  • Drive client relationships through proposals and pitches, showcasing sector expertise and value.
  • Inspire and mentor junior team members while contributing to the commercial success of the Brand domain.
