We are seeking a Consumer Insight Director to join our FMCG Foods, Confectionery and Sweet Snacking leading a portfolio of key clients. In this role, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, driving exceptional client service, revenue growth, contract renewals, and professional development. As a member of the FMCG Foods senior leadership team, you will help shape the team's overall success and contribute to our growth strategy, while also benefiting from opportunities for personal development.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Partner with the Strategic Insight Director to develop and oversee a commercial growth strategy that drives long-term success.
- Act as an inspiring leader, with opportunities to represent the business at industry conferences if desired.
- Deliver valuable insights to clients and support them in leveraging MyWorldpanel, our new data platform.
- Collaborate with experts across GB, and Global teams, using our full suite of advanced analytical solutions to provide best-in-class insights and strategic advice.
- Lead and develop a team of three (Category Analyst to Client Manager level).
- Play an active role in the senior leadership team, driving initiatives that benefit the wider business and teams.
Person specification:
- 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling insights that inspire clients.
- A proven track record of driving commercial growth and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
