As a Digital Marketing Business Development Senior Director at Kantar, you will play a key role in shaping how some of the world’s leading brands grow in an increasingly complex digital landscape. This role sits at the intersection of data, insight and commercial strategy, helping clients make better marketing decisions before formal briefs even exist.

You will focus on identifying emerging client needs across digital marketing and media teams, building early relationships with senior decision makers, and creating demand by connecting client challenges to Kantar’s capabilities. This is not a reactive sales role. It is about being present in the market, building credibility, and influencing thinking early.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Kantar to bring together expertise in areas such as communication testing, campaign measurement and search optimisation, translating this into meaningful opportunities for clients. Your ability to open conversations, shape thinking and turn early engagement into commercial outcomes will be central to success.
