Sales Operations Manager, EMEA
Location: London or Europe (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent tracking of EMEA commercial priorities, translating insights into clear actions for markets and leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities, risks and performance gaps across products, markets and clients.
- Strengthen retention and win‑back performance by analysing at‑risk and lapsed client activity and driving market action.
- Improve opportunity identification, activation and conversion across the region using data‑led approaches.
- Analyse marketing‑to‑sales conversion and recommend actions that increase commercial impact.
- Establish clear performance tracking, reporting cadence and accountability across Client Partner (CP) and Business Development (BD) teams.
- Bring together CRM, BI and client feedback data (e.g. Dynamics365, PowerBI, ENGAGE) to drive prioritisation and performance action.
- Support adoption and effective use of commercial AI tools, embedding them into core sales workflows and scaling best practice.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales operations, commercial performance or a data‑driven role, or strong ability to learn quickly and apply analytical judgement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- Experience using CRM and BI tools (e.g. Dynamics365 and PowerBI).
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
- Proven ability to work cross‑regionally with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Highly organised, delivery‑focused and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Proactive and solutions‑oriented, able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment.
