Role Description: As the proud official provider of TV viewing data for the broadcast channels in the UK, Kantar is looking for a Senior Client Services Executive within our BARB department. BARB (Broadcasters Audience Reporting Board), jointly owned by the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, BskyB, and the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) is the official provider of television audience viewing figures in the UK. The ideal candidate will be front line staff for BARB, handling client communication, engaging with broadcasters and other clients to ensure effective, timely and accurate information is produced daily. This role operates on a 7 days a week basis, which includes rotational weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and able to work using own initiative with a desire to assist the smaller broadcasters in providing accurate data
  • Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office packages, especially Excel & Outlook; some experience using SQL and Access is desirable.
  • You will be able to juggle multiple tasks, working on several projects or queries at one time.
