Main Scope and Purpose:
- To supervise the room cleaning, periodic cleaning and maintain agreed standards in areas for which the Floor Supervisor is responsible.
- To ensure all Room Attendants and Porters are always trained and supported to deliver exceptional standards.
- To support all departments within the Hotel that the Floor Supervisor is responsible for.
