9 to 5, 5-day week + 1 Saturday per month (every first Saturday of the month). 37.5 hour week.
Experience required:
- Admin experience on computer-based invoicing/ordering systems.
- Confident ability to deal with customers in person.
- An interest in craft would be essential, but full training on stained glass skills and materials will be provided.
- A desire to run your own department, increase sales and company image via website and social networks.
Duties:
- Sales admin, invoicing and order entry for Lighting department – 2-3 hours per day.
- Sales admin, invoicing and order entry for Stained Glass department – 2-3 hours per day.
- Training on Stained Glass making to enable knowledge for advising visiting customers and enquiries by phone: training 3 months. Time varies for these tasks – 1-3 hours per day.
- Redesigning both ground floor and first floor showrooms regarding displays and shelf stocks.
- Helping to improve SG website and social platforms. There will be a 3-month period of training with existing staff before the Stained-Glass aspect becomes your own job.
- Entering data on our CRM system.
Kansa Ltd has been in business for 45 years on their own site alongside the canal at Elsecar. Sales are split between decorative lighting (for restaurants, public buildings, residential projects and films + tv shows) and stained-glass supplies (for hobbyists, professional SG workers and our in-house production).
