We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to join our team and lead the Front of House operation.
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high service standards, supporting and developing the team, and maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Front of House team to ensure consistently high standards of service.
Support the Management Team with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management and staff development.
Develop and implement effective training plans for FOH team members and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated.
Maintain and improve service standards, including Steps of Service, side work and daily operational procedures.
Ensure the dining room and guest areas are organised, clean, safe and presented to a high standard throughout each shift.
Welcome and engage with guests, including greeting and seating guests when required.
