Job Description:

As a Thinking Board Analyst, known internally as a Thinking Board Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with various teams, create comprehensive documentation, providing support for clients, participate in ad hoc projects, support sales efforts, conduct QA testing, and manage Thinking Board reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and support to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various projects as needed, providing support and expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with product knowledge, demonstrations, and client follow up.
  • QA Testing: Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve any issues before product release.
  • Review Management: Oversee and manage product reviews, gathering feedback and implementing improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a product or project management capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with QA testing processes and tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing documentation.
  • Very strong or native English speaker.
