The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive revenue growth and secure new business across corporate, consumer, and agency channels. This role focuses on maximising sales, developing new business, and managing accounts for corporate and private event bookings.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies for corporate and private events.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outreach.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
- Take accurate and qualified briefs to allow the ops team to construct proposals and presentations for you to deliver and present to prospective clients and ultimately turn into contracted business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless delivery of contracted events.
- Represent Tigerlike at industry events and maintain strong market presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within events industry agency.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to prepare accurate and qualified briefs and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Knowledge of social media marketing for lead generation.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MONDAY.com.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
Desirable
- Experience in managing KPIs such as revenue targets and conversion rates.
- Understanding of GDPR compliance and ethical sales practices.
- Previous experience in agency or corporate environments.
- Knowledge of TOMS.
