We are seeking a Health & Safety Co-ordinatorbased in Banbridge to be part of our growing team. | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |? Creation of Toolbox talk presentations, ensuring they are up to date and relevant to Mechanical and Electrical Installation. Creation of Health & Safety Alerts to a high standard and relevant to trending observations on site projects. Creation and implementation of How-to Guides and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) on systems used within Kane for Health & Safety related topics. Creating of presentations for purposes of briefing, training and product buying. Booking of all Health & Safety related training ensuring the training correlates with specificized awarding bodies. Arranging facilities for group training bookings within the Company. Typing up meeting minutes from monthly meetings. Help with researching information for H&S Bulletins. Monitor training expiry dates and ensure training up to date for all Kane Staff. Production of Kane Health & Safety monthly posters Production of monthly KPIs for distribution to CLT & SLT. Site inspection/audit for annual leave cover (following provided onsite training) Site induction creation for new projects. Become the Inndex System Champion for the department Monitor Inndex system Maintain Kodiak and approve subcontractors on Kodiak system Aid with ISO Audits, Constructionline, Considerate Constructors Scheme Promote the use of AI within the department and monitor the same. Maintenance of and updating or COSHH assessments ensuring Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are within date. Internal departmental auditing of processes/procedures, ensuring these are implemented and followed as required. | QUALIFICATION | Essential 5 GCSEs including English & Maths Desirable ?IOSH Managing Safely | EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE | Essential 2+ years relevant administration experience Strong IT skills particularly with MS Office Suite Desirable Experience with using systems such as 4Projects & Fieldview Keen interest in Health & Safety Management within a Construction industry | ABILITIES & SKILLS | Essential ??Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize own workload. Adaptive and resilient, responding positively to changes in deadlines and processes Capacity to work independently with limited supervision. Excellent team player with a can do attitude with a strong work ethic and execution skills Ability to build relationships with suppliers to a good standard and negotiate pricing of training.
