About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will take end-to-end responsibility for delivering talent acquisition across the business working to agreed hiring plans and supporting continued growth, with a strong focus on high-quality hires within a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for managing recruitment directly while working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, prioritise roles and ensure we attract and hire the right people aligned to our Values.

You will maintain a regular and visible presence across the business, building strong stakeholder relationships, with a particular focus on London, establishing strong connections in the local market and wider networks to support hiring delivery.

Location: Banbridge (with regular travel to London)
