About the Role

The Bid Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end bid process for tender opportunities from bid development through to submission, negotiation, and contract award. The role provides a central point of control and oversight of the bid process, ensuring all technical, commercial, and quality elements are aligned and delivered in line with client requirements, submission deadlines, and Company bid strategy.

The Bid Manager leads and coordinates input from estimating, pre-construction, design, commercial, and leadership teams to deliver high quality, compliant, and competitive bids. The Bid Manager will lead and develop Estimating Managers and their teams, ensuring a structured, consistent and high-quality approach across all bids.

Location: Banbridge (with regular travel to London)
