Kane Selection Ltd is working with a leading UK heavy equipment dealer as they continue to strengthen and grow their crushing & screening division across Scotland.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to cover Southern Scotland up to the Perth area, focused specifically on crushing, screening, and related material processing equipment. This is a field-based territory sales role managing existing customer relationships while developing new business across the aggregates, quarrying, demolition, recycling, and waste sectors.

- Sell crushing, screening, and related equipment into aggregates, quarrying, demolition, recycling, and waste markets.
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships through regular site visits and account management.
- Provide customers with technical and commercial guidance on equipment solutions.
- Raise quotations and manage sales activity through to delivery.
- Work closely with internal sales coordinators, workshop, and production teams.
- Achieve agreed territory sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in heavy equipment or capital equipment sales.
- Strong relationship-building and business development ability.
- Comfortable operating in a field-based, autonomous sales role.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Good IT literacy and experience using CRM/reporting systems.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel across the territory.
