If you are coming from the AECO world and enjoy helping project teams get more value from the technology they use every day, this is a role worth exploring. We are delighted to be recruiting for a global, remote-first SaaS company providing software solutions to the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations industry. The business launched its coordination platform in 2012 and has grown into one of the leading integrated collaboration platforms for project teams across construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
Using video game technology and cloud-based workflows, the platform allows users to bring 3D and 2D coordination, automated clash detection, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication into one unified environment. Today, thousands of companies around the world use the platform to improve coordination, make faster project decisions, and reduce costly rework. Having recently been awarded Best Managed Company by Deloitte in both 2024 and 2025, the company continues to go from strength to strength.
The business is looking for an Industry Consultant to help customers successfully adopt the platform across their projects, teams, and day-to-day workflows. This is a customer-facing role sitting within Client Services, where you will act as a product and workflow specialist for AECO customers. You will support onboarding, training, implementation, user engagement, and long-term adoption.
You will work closely with Territory Sales Executives, Senior Territory Sales Executives, and Territory Account Managers to help customers understand how the platform fits into their project environment, how to use it effectively, and how to build stronger coordination habits across their teams. This role would suit someone who understands BIM, VDC, construction coordination, design delivery, project delivery, or construction technology, and enjoys translating that knowledge into practical guidance for customers.
Where you will make a difference
- Customer Onboarding & Enablement: Deliver structured onboarding sessions and customer training tailored to different roles, experience levels, and project environments. Help customers understand practical ways to use the platform across live projects, supporting faster time to value and stronger monthly active usage. Provide workflow guidance around model coordination, issue tracking, communication discipline, and collaboration between project stakeholders. Support customers in making the software a natural part of their day-to-day project coordination process.
- Solution Support for Sales & Account Growth: Partner with Territory Sales Executives during customer conversations, helping to deliver clear product demonstrations, technical validations, and workflow-led solution workshops. Support renewal and expansion readiness by helping customers strengthen their usage habits and clearly demonstrate value across teams and projects. Identify common customer use cases, repeatable best practices, and scalable workflows that can be shared across the territory portfolio. Act as a trusted technical and workflow partner to both customers and internal commercial teams.
- Adoption Problem Solving: Investigate adoption challenges and propose practical, sustainable solutions. Help customers align the platform with their existing tools, project processes, and internal ways of working. Focus on long-term adoption rather than short-term fixes, helping customers embed better coordination habits across their teams. Partner with Product Managers and internal technical teams when deeper product support is required, ensuring the customer receives a smooth and joined-up experience.
- Customer Engagement & Collaboration: Build credibility with customer champions, BIM/VDC teams, project users, and wider stakeholder groups through strong industry understanding and clear communication. Provide structured feedback to Product and Revenue Operations around customer trends, adoption blockers, feature needs, and recurring workflow challenges. Share examples, learnings, and customer-facing assets internally to improve how the business supports and enables its customers. Spend meaningful time in the field with customers, including visits to customer offices, project sites, and industry events where needed.
Who you are
You have proven experience within the AECO industry, ideally across BIM, VDC, coordination, design delivery, construction delivery, or project technology. You understand how construction and design teams work in the real world, and you can translate that understanding into clear, practical guidance for customers. You are confident explaining workflows, training different types of users, and making technology feel approachable rather than complicated. You are comfortable presenting, running workshops, leading customer conversations, and adapting your communication style depending on the audience. You are curious, solution-oriented, and able to quickly understand a customer’s project environment before recommending realistic next steps. You may already have experience supporting SaaS implementations, digital adoption, construction technology rollouts, or project-based software adoption. You are highly organised, performance-focused, and comfortable managing multiple customers, priorities, and internal stakeholders at the same time. You are comfortable working remotely as part of an international organisation, collaborating across time zones, cultures, and teams. You are willing to travel regularly to customer offices, project sites, internal meetings, and industry events when required.
